What Contractors Need to Know About Working with Architects

To minimize risks and optimize project results on integrated projects, contractors must learn how to best leverage the talents, skills, and contribtutions their architect bring to the team. To be effective in managing this critical component, contractors must first understand what architects do, how they think, and what motivates them. This full-day seminar will give contractors additional insight into the design process so that they will better understand the value that good design brings to a project and its importance in terms of overall client-owner satisfaction.
